This fee is nonrefundable.
SCHOOL YEAR FEE
890,000 yen is due 4 weeks before enrollment
The year fee can be paid in two installments if requested and approved
by OGSHS.
International Postal Orders in yen can be sent. Bank handling fees of
5,000 yen must be included.
Electronic bank transfers are also possible. Bank handling fees must
be paid by the applicant in her home country when sending the transfer
and an extra 2,500 yen must be included for bank handling fees in
Osaka.

REFUNDS:
For our year students, early, written withdrawal requests should be made 2 months before the next semester begins. The amount of the refund depends on the reason for early withdrawal.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for semester students.
